its Principals, Messrs. Armando Araujo (Bio.),

served at the World Bank as Directors of the Procurement Department. To better
fulfill its mission, CGLA has entered into a strategic alliance with
International Development Business Consultants, which has a vast
experience in procurement work throughout the world for nearly two decades.
